Feel Good and Good Things Will Follow

I discovered an interesting thing this week. I always believed it was our thoughts that created our feelings. But according to Esther and Jerry Hicks and the voice of Abraham, it is the feelings that come first and from the feeling, thought is generated. It makes a lot of sense that as human beings we would be this way. I think it is a whole lot easier to generate a certain feeling within ourselves, than it is to create or change a thought. After all we are emotional beings and how we are feeling is a good indication of whether we are going with the flow of life or resisting it. When we are going with the flow, we feel peaceful, happy, joyous, excited and in harmony with our life. This is our true nature of being. Resistance turns up in our lives when we try to fight feeling good within ourselves.

Imagine how our world would be if we all knew it was ok to feel good about who we are and where we are at in any given point of our life. Imagine what amazing things could happen in the world if everyone knew it was their birthright to feel good about themselves. Not just for a small amount of time, but continually, permanently. I guess it would be like Heaven on Earth :-). Imagine if you woke up each morning, excited about the experiences you would have that day and what a blessing it is to be able to experience the variety of life that this Planet has to offer.

It is possible I believe. The key is to start feeling good within ourselves. It doesn’t matter at what point we are at, we can always change how we feel.

I tried it this week. It was a real emotional roller coaster of a week with many ups and downs. Especially as I began to learn to assess where I was at emotionally with any situation that manifested itself. But the only person who was creating that in my world was me. When you realize that you are the creator of your reality, it gives you a completely different perspective of how you run your life.

So from now on, I am going to focus on the feelings of joy, peace and happiness, regardless of the situation and watch how the good flows into my life.

Anyone care to join me?

Love Dimitie xx

  1. Great post, Dimitie. Your post is the 3rd source that speak of the importance of feelings, in a short span of time. Two days ago, I listened to a recent channeling giving more details about the effects of solar flares. One of the key messages from the Other Side was “Feel More, Think Less”! Later someone e-mailed some info. Again it focussed on our Heart.

I guess thinking needs to go hand in hand with feelings. The two need to be consistent for manifesting realities. At least, that is what I learnt from Metatron.:)

    1. Ah that’s synchroncity for you! More and more of us are beginning to think in a similar way. More confirmation that we are all connected. Yes I will have another look at your solar flares post. There was some good messages in that. Have a great day!

  2. This is such an important message, I find I need to be reminded of this as I can lose sight of it so easily. I suppose it is like anything, the more I practice this the more it will become a way of being.

    1. Hi Jackie, yes I know it’s easy to lose sight of this when we are faced with a problem. I’ve found the more I practice this, the easier it gets to change from feeling bad to feeling good. It seems a much simpler way to find the positives in life and I’m all for, looking for the easy way! 🙂
