Love is the Only Reality

“Love is the only reality and it is not a mere sentiment. It is the ultimate truth that lies at the heart of creation.”

Rabindranath Tagore (Indian Poet, Playwright and Essayist, Won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1913)

I woke up the this morning, finally understanding what this really means. Love Is at the Heart of Everything. Everything that doesn’t come from Love, doesn’t exist. It’s just an Illusion. So every time we get caught up in the drama of this life, just remind yourself that it’s not real. I know it’s a tough one as we all get caught up in the Illusions of our lives! I am no exception. All of us are here to learn that one.

So What do I mean by it’s all an Illusion? Well there is always some drama/fear that we are playing out e.g. I am not rich enough, I am not worthy enough, I am not good enough, it’s all their fault etc and it always feels so real! But if you can train your mind to change that thinking to say I am rich, I am worthy, I am good enough, I am loved, it Will show up.

Our beliefs (a thought that we keep thinking over and over again) plays a big part in whether we believe the negative Illusion (e.g. I am not rich enough, I am not worthy enough….) or the Reality (I am rich, I am worthy….).

So which do you want? The Illusion? or the Reality?

    Connection with others: essential.

    1. Most definitely. We get a deeper understanding of who we are by our interactions with others.

  2. Perhaps the key is not to get caught up in our own “stories” because they are not what really define us (though we think they do. Another illusion). This is not an easy thing to do and I’m constantly working on it. But I find more and more that drama exhausts me. Think about how much energy we would all have if we let go of it. More energy to be of joy and service to others.
Thank you for following my blog. Many blessings to you for the work that you do.

    1. Yes Indeed. I am often exhausted if I get swept up in the drama of it all, rather than seeing it for what it is, learning from it and then moving with a sense of ease and flow. I guess being an observer, rather than a participator. Easier said than done sometimes though! I often find that the deeper the lesson, the more likely I am to get sucked into the drama. Have a peaceful day xx

  3. Give me love on a reality patter!
