It’s been an interesting week! My Internet has been down and it’s been like having my right arm cut off!! I have had to access all my emails etc from random coffee shops around town with WiFi access. So my blogging came to a standstill.
I’m sure all of you have been in the same situation as me where you have been passed backwards and forwards from your telecoms providers to your internet providers to your modem providers and no one can solve the mysterious problem as to why your internet is down. They are all very polite and friendly, but no one can solve the issue. Needless to say it tested my patience to the utmost limit! In the end the only thing that seemed to get through to them was to say it was a LIFE and DEATH situation and that I was LOSING MONEY from not being connected
. A small exaggeration I know, but that’s what it felt like not being able to connect….
As I know we are responsible for creating our own realities, I did ponder why this was occurring. People told me it was Mercury in Retrograde. Astrologers know this well. See the link here to understand this further:

But I knew there must have been something in my life I had to learn from this. Afterall I lost my cool with all the people trying to help me and realised I was spiralling into anger and the negative. My anger and frustration not only caused me pain and left me feeling weak and helpless, it was also transferred energetically to the other people trying to help me. So a whole chain of unhappiness was created. I think this is one of the reasons the problems in our world escalate. It starts with one person being angry which they pass on to the next person and before you know it a snowball effect has occurred.
So I realised from this one incident that if we focus on the negative, then it will create more of the negative. For example if we keep focussing on War then we will perpetuate that thinking.
I think the key is to focus on the positive. Instead of focussing on War, we need to focus on Peace. If we focus on our world self destructing from climate change, then that’s probably what we are going to get in the long-term. I think it would be better to focus on the positive, such as all the wonderful sustainable projects that are being created in the world, to help the planet keep going. Another one would be the amount of focus the world has at the moment on lack and poverty. Aren’t we better to focus on a world and it’s people who are financially abundant all the time?
So with Christmas just around the corner, I’m going to start focussing on Peace, Love and Happiness, instead of anger, hate and sadness. Anyone care to join me?
I also realised that when the negative comes up in your life, Just ACCEPT it’s there. Don’t try to fight it or ignore it as that will only escalate it. Once you accept it’s there, then you recognise it and can go about changing it to the Positive.
I think that’s why we have duality on Earth, negative and positive, yin and yang. It’s to help us make choices of how we want to live our lives.
How are you living your life? Are you mainly in the negative phase, or have you recognised that being in the negative does no one any good and you are moving into the Positive?
What do you think?
