Great post, Dimitie! One trick I find to be helpful in focusing on the present moment is to pretend to be myself at a much older age being sent back to relive this particular day in my life, for whatever reason. I then just observe how things “were” when I was this age. It’s remarkably effective, and kind of fun. You might like it.
