Q. Ok I’ve said ‘Yes’ to Coaching, but what does that really mean?

A. Coaching is a process that is totally centered on You the client. It is about helping you discover the brilliance of who you really are and how to make the most of your life.

Q. Why does Coaching work?

A. Coaching works because it brings out your best. A coach believes you can create your own best answers and is trained to support you in that process.

Specifically, this is what I do with you during our coaching sessions:

  • Listen. I listen fully. You are the focus. I listen to what you say, what you are trying to say, and what you are not saying.
  • Share. After you have fully communicated, I share with you my advice, ideas, comments, and views on your situation, dilemma, or opportunity.
  • Suggest. I want a lot for you. I want you to be healthy, happy, and successful. I want you to be on a strong financial track. I want you to enjoy your family and friends. I want you to have a life that inspires others—and yourself.

Q. What can I expect from my Coach?

A. As your Coach I will be totally focused on allowing you to discover your true self in a format that is totally confidential, free of bias and judgment. I am there to listen, question, challenge, guide if necessary, help you set goals and encourage you to achieve.

Q. What do I expect from my Coachee?

A. I ask that you be open to telling me everything you are thinking and feeling. This will enable you to reach your goals faster and allow you to have those ‘a ha’ moments that are so often missed in our busy lives.
