My Mentor gave me this quote this morning and I thought it was an excellent one, so I am posting it here.
“You cannot solve a problem from the same consciousness that created it. You must learn to see the world anew.” Einstein
This is very in keeping with what Abraham Hicks is saying. Instead of focusing on what you don’t want, (which directs more energy to that problem), You need to focus on what you DO want. It’s a tricky thing to do, especially if the very thing that you don’t want keeps coming up, but the more you say, NO I don’t want this, I want something different (something that makes me happy) and continue to focus on that, it will come into your reality.
A very simple example is my daughter. For years I have been trying to get her to eat more fruit and vegetables and to no avail. Then once I started to imagine her eating fruit and vegetables and I focussed my attention on that, it began to happen! She tried lettuce and liked it! Then she began to eat carrots and green apples! For anyone who knows the struggle I’ve had with her eating over the years, this is indeed a miracle. So I can vouch for the fact that this method works.
So next time something shows up in your life that you don’t want and isn’t making you happy, begin to focus on that what you DO want and keep focusing on it until it shows up. If it’s not showing up instantly, then you need to look at what negative beliefs you have around that situation and clear them.
If anyone needs any help, I am always here to provide guidance.
