Sometimes we forget that we have this Gift. We get so caught up in the daily dramas of our life that we often miss it. But it is there FOR YOU!
All you have to do is:

BRING YOUR AWARENESS TO YOUR HEART (Sometimes putting your hand on your heart helps)

Then focus on the feelings of JOY that come up. (If you have feelings of sadness come up, that’s OK. It is just the body and brain’s way of releasing any stored up negative emotions).
You will know when you have feelings of JOY. You will feel Happy, Content, Peaceful. You will remember all the GOOD TIMES in YOUR LIFE and All the GOOD TIMES to come.
THE MORE YOU FOCUS ON HAPPINESS and THE GOOD THINGS in YOUR LIFE. THE MORE THEY WILL COME INTO YOUR LIFE.
