The Liebster Blog Award!

Liebster Blog Award  

I received this award in January and have been a bit slow in posting this one.  Thank you, Lee, for giving me this award! I’m thrilled you received it too and are doing well with not one, but two blogs now! Keep up the good work.

The Liebster Blog Award is given to upcoming bloggers who have less than 200 followers (I have hit the 200 mark now, but when Lee gave me this award it was below 200, so I hope that is ok).  Liebster is German (n.) and means: sweetheart, beloved person, darling.

Oh wow I’m just so excited by the unexpected surprise of being nominated for the Versatile Blogger Award!! Thank you DeeShrek from  http://literallychallenged.wordpress.com/. You are so kind!! I love your blog. It always makes me laugh :-D .

Seven random things about myself

1. I love the Catherine Tate Show (UK TV Comedy Show).

2. I’ve travelled a lot and love to go to new, interesting places.

3. I love chocolate too and have a hidden stash that the kids won’t find!

4. We have a boat and as a family we have travelled to beautiful islands off the coast of Malaysia and Indonesia. We even competed in a boat race to the Equator last year and won the power boat category! (we were the only power boat left in the race).

5. I love to go home to Australia. That place keeps me grounded.

6. I’m endeavoring to always look at the positive things in life.

7. I’m grateful for my beautiful life and all the wonderful people in it!
